Giovanni Battaglin
Giovanni Battaglin (born July 22, 1951, in Marostica, Italy) is a former professional road bicycle racer who is best known for his achievements in the early 1980s. Battaglin's career is marked by significant victories, including winning both the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España in 1981, making him one of the few cyclists to win two Grand Tours in the same year.
