Wallace gained popularity as a co-presenter of the BBC cooking show MasterChef alongside John Torode. The show, which first aired in 2005, features amateur chefs competing in various culinary challenges. Wallace's role on the show involves tasting and critiquing the contestants' dishes.
In addition to MasterChef, Wallace has appeared on several other cooking-related television programs, including Celebrity MasterChef and Inside the Factory. He has also written several cookbooks, sharing his expertise and passion for food with his readers.
