Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario is responsible for managing Grupo Gigante's real estate portfolio, which includes shopping centers, office buildings, and residential properties. The company's real estate division plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of its retail operations.

Grupo Gigante has received several awards and recognition for its contributions to the retail industry in Mexico. In 2019, the company was ranked among the top 10 retail companies in Mexico by the National Association of Supermarkets and Department Stores (ANTAD).
