- Hardin is a city located in Big Horn County, Montana, United States. It is the county seat of Big Horn County. The city is named after Samuel Hardin, a friend of developer Charles Henry Morrill. Hardin was incorporated on June 2, 1907.

- Hardin is located in the south-central part of Montana. It is situated in the Great Plains, near the Little Bighorn River, a tributary of the Bighorn River.
