Harmon Dobson (March 18, 1923 – October 21, 1975) was an American restaurateur and entrepreneur. He is best known as the co-founder of the popular fast-food chain Whataburger.

Dobson was born on March 18, 1923, in San Antonio, Texas. He grew up in a family that had a strong passion for food and hospitality. Dobson's parents owned a small diner in San Antonio, where he gained his first exposure to the restaurant industry.
