Headquarters is a term used to describe the central location where an organization's management and key staff operate. It is often the primary location where major decisions are made and where the organization's leaders work. The headquarters of an organization can be a single building, a complex of buildings, or even a suite of rooms in a larger building.

A headquarters is generally the location where the executives of a business work and where many of the key business decisions are made. This is not always the actual physical location of the business, but is often where the majority of the employees work. The term is also used to refer to the executive leadership of an organization.
