Helix is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character first appeared in Superboy and the Ravers #1, created by Karl Kesel and Steve Mattsson.
Fictional character biography[edit | edit source]
Helix, whose real name is Daniel "Danny" Tsang, is a member of the superhero team Superboy and the Ravers. He possesses the ability to transform his body into a liquid metal-like substance, which grants him enhanced strength, durability, and the ability to reshape his form.
Danny Tsang was a normal teenager until he was exposed to a mysterious substance that gave him his powers. Struggling to control his new abilities, he was eventually recruited by Superboy to join the Ravers, a group of young heroes who gather at an interdimensional rave.
Powers and abilities[edit | edit source]
Helix has the ability to transform his body into a liquid metal-like substance. This transformation grants him several abilities:
- Enhanced strength and durability: In his liquid metal form, Helix is much stronger and more durable than a normal human.
- Shape-shifting: He can reshape his body into various forms, allowing him to create weapons or tools from his own body.
- Regeneration: Helix can heal from injuries by reforming his liquid metal body.
