Hell's Kitchen (American season 16), also known as Hell's Kitchen: Young Guns, is the sixteenth season of the American reality television series Hell's Kitchen. Hosted by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, the season premiered on September 23, 2016, on Fox. This season features a new twist with the contestants being 18-23 years old, dubbed as "Young Guns", competing for a head chef position at one of Ramsay's restaurants.
