Hershey Chocolate is a brand of chocolate products established by Milton S. Hershey in 1894. It is a part of The Hershey Company, an American multinational company and one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world.

Milton S. Hershey founded the Hershey Chocolate Company in 1894. Initially, Hershey was a caramel manufacturer, but he became fascinated with the art of chocolate making during the Chicago World's Fair in 1893. He sold his caramel company and invested in new technology to mass-produce chocolate, which was a luxury product at the time.
