The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is a mental health NHS trust that provides services for mental health and learning difficulties in Hertfordshire, England and surrounding areas. It was granted University Trust Status in January 2013.

In 2010, the trust participated in a project sponsored by the Kings Fund called Enhancing the Healing Environment. The project aimed to improve the facilities at Elizabeth Court in Stevenage for patients with dementia.

In 2012, the trust established Let's Talk Grounds Maintenance, a social enterprise partnership with Herts Mind Network. This partnership trains service users to provide grounds maintenance services in South East Hertfordshire, including some of the trust's own sites.

In November 2013, it was reported that the psychiatric unit at Welwyn Garden City's QE2 Hospital had lost 10 beds since April, despite being at full capacity. The trust announced plans to open a new 86-bed inpatient unit at Harperbury near Radlett to replace the old wards on general acute hospital sites.

The trust utilizes HealthRoster software, which was installed in October 2007, to manage staffing in various nursing areas. The software has proven to be more efficient than the previous paper-based system, as it can keep a record of requests.

Tom Cahill, the chief executive of the trust, was named the Health Service Journal's Chief Executive of the Year in 2017.
