Hounslow Hospital was a small hospital for geriatric and long-stay patients located in Hounslow, London, England. It was established in 1875 by Dr. L. de B. Christian and moved to a new building on Staines Road in 1913. The hospital underwent expansions in the 1920s, including the addition of an out-patients department and X-ray department in 1927. During the Second World War, it became part of the Emergency Medical Scheme.

In January 1977, the health authority announced the closure of Hounslow Hospital, effective from August 1977. A work-in was organized to keep the hospital open for several months, but in October 1977, the health authority forcibly removed the patients. However, the occupation of the hospital continued until November 1978. During this time, the matron's office was occupied by the Fightback bulletin production team, the Assistant Matron's office became the headquarters for the West London Fire Brigades Union, and Maple Ward was used as a conference hall for various local groups.
