III is the third studio album by American folk rock band The Lumineers. It was released on September 13, 2019, through Dualtone Records. The album is a concept album that explores the struggles of addiction and its impact on a family.

The album is divided into three chapters, each focusing on a different member of the fictional Sparks family.
