ISCB
ISCB or International Society for Computational Biology is a scholarly society dedicated to advancing the scientific understanding of living systems through computation. The ISCB hosts annual meetings, including the Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology (ISMB) conference, the largest conference in computational biology.

The ISCB was established in 1997. Its first president was Michael Gribskov, and the current president is Diane Kovats. The society has grown significantly since its inception, with members from nearly 70 countries.
