In a Glass Cage (Spanish: Tras el cristal) is a 1986 Spanish horror film written and directed by Agustí Villaronga. The film stars Günter Meisner, David Sust, and Marisa Paredes. It is known for its controversial and disturbing content, dealing with themes of Nazism, child abuse, and revenge.

The story revolves around Klaus, a former Nazi doctor who conducted horrific experiments on children during World War II. After the war, Klaus is paralyzed and confined to an iron lung due to a failed suicide attempt. He is cared for by his wife Griselda and their daughter Rena.
A young man named Angelo, who was one of Klaus's victims, infiltrates the household by posing as a nurse. Angelo takes control of Klaus's care and begins to exact his revenge by recreating the atrocities Klaus once committed. The film explores the psychological and physical torment inflicted by Angelo, leading to a harrowing climax.
