Jason Spencer is a former American politician who served as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from 2011 to 2018. He represented the 180th district, which includes parts of Camden, Glynn, and McIntosh counties.

Jason Spencer was born in Offerman, Georgia. He attended South Georgia State College and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Spencer was first elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2010. During his tenure, he was known for his conservative stance on various issues. He served on several committees, including the House Health and Human Services Committee, the House Science and Technology Committee, and the House Juvenile Justice Committee.

Spencer initially resisted stepping down but eventually announced that he would not seek re-election.
