Jay Leeuwenburg

Jay Leeuwenburg was born on June 18, 1969, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Kirkwood High School, where he excelled in football, earning all-state honors. After high school, Leeuwenburg attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he played college football for the Colorado Buffaloes.
College Career[edit | edit source]
At the University of Colorado, Leeuwenburg was a standout offensive lineman. He played as a center and was a key player for the Buffaloes during his college career. Leeuwenburg was part of the team that won the national championship in 1990. His performance on the field earned him several accolades, including being named a consensus All-American in 1991.
Professional Career[edit | edit source]
Jay Leeuwenburg was selected in the 9th round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons. During his professional career, Leeuwenburg played for several teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals, and Washington Redskins.
