Jonathan I. Epstein
American pathologist and researcher
Jonathan I. Epstein is an American pathologist and researcher known for his contributions to the field of urologic pathology, particularly in the study of prostate cancer. He is a professor at Johns Hopkins University and has published extensively on the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.

Epstein received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency in pathology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he also completed a fellowship in urologic pathology.

Epstein has spent the majority of his career at Johns Hopkins University, where he has held various academic and administrative positions. He is currently the Director of Surgical Pathology and the Director of the Division of Urologic Pathology at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
