Journal of Medical Toxicology is a peer-reviewed medical journal that covers research in the field of toxicology. The journal's editor-in-chief is Steven A. Seifert (University of New Mexico School of Medicine). It was established in 2005 and is currently published by Springer Science+Business Media.

The Journal of Medical Toxicology publishes original scientific research and clinical reports on all aspects of toxicology, particularly those pertaining to the effects of drugs, environmental toxins, and biological substances on human health.
