Jubilant FoodWorks is an Indian company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, which holds the master franchise for Domino's Pizza in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and also for Dunkin' Donuts in India. The company is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group.

Jubilant FoodWorks was incorporated in 1995 and initiated operations in 1996. The company opened India's first Domino's Pizza outlet in New Delhi in 1996.

Operations[edit | edit source]

Jubilant FoodWorks operates Domino's Pizza brand with the exclusive rights for India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The pizzas are usually delivered in thirty minutes or less from the time an order is placed, and free if it fails to do so. As of 31 March, 2018, it operated a network of 1,134 Domino's Pizza restaurants across 265 cities in India.

The company launched Dunkin' Donuts in India in April 2012 in Delhi. The company had the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin' Donuts brand in India for 30 years, with an option to extend it for another term. As of 31 March, 2018, there were 32 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants across 10 cities in India.

For the financial year 2017-18, Jubilant FoodWorks reported a revenue of ₹3,122.32 crore, with a net profit of ₹206.16 crore.
