Karen McDougal (born March 23, 1971) is an American model and actress. She first gained attention as a Playboy model, winning the title of Playboy Playmate of the Year in 1998. McDougal has also been involved in various legal controversies and media coverage due to her alleged affair with Donald Trump before he became the President of the United States.

Karen McDougal was born in Merrillville, Indiana, and grew up in Sawyer, Michigan. She has three siblings. McDougal was a tomboy in her youth, participating in sports such as ballet, swimming, and softball.
