Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) is a private graduate school in Claremont, California, focused on the life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, and applied life sciences education and research. Established in 1997 as a member of the Claremont Colleges, KGI emphasizes interdisciplinary and experiential learning to prepare students for careers in industrial and academic research, healthcare, and biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

KGI was founded in 1997 by Henry Riggs, a former president of Harvey Mudd College, with a significant endowment from the W.M. Keck Foundation. It was the first higher education institution in the United States dedicated solely to education and research related to the applied life sciences. The institute admitted its first class of students in 2000.
