Kimuraya Sohonten
Kimuraya Sohonten is a historic bakery and confectionery company based in Ginza, Tokyo, Japan. It is renowned for its significant contribution to Japanese culinary culture, particularly for the invention of Anpan, a popular Japanese sweet roll filled with red bean paste.
