Knott's Berry Farm is a theme park located in Buena Park, California. It is owned and operated by Cedar Fair. The park features a variety of roller coasters, family rides, water rides, and live entertainment.

Knott's Berry Farm began as a small berry farm established by Walter Knott and his family. In the 1920s, the Knott family started selling berries, berry preserves, and pies from a roadside stand. In 1934, Walter's wife, Cordelia Knott, began serving fried chicken dinners, which became extremely popular and led to the expansion of the restaurant and the development of a Ghost Town to entertain waiting customers.

Knott's Berry Farm is divided into several themed areas:

Ghost Town[edit | edit source]

Ghost Town is the oldest part of the park, featuring Old West-themed attractions. Notable rides include the Calico Mine Ride and the Timber Mountain Log Ride.

Fiesta Village[edit | edit source]

Fiesta Village is themed around Mexican culture and features rides such as Montezooma's Revenge and Jaguar!.

The Boardwalk[edit | edit source]

The Boardwalk area is inspired by California's beach culture and includes attractions like HangTime and Coast Rider.

Camp Snoopy[edit | edit source]

Camp Snoopy is a children's area themed around the Peanuts comic strip characters. It includes family-friendly rides and attractions.

Knott's Soak City[edit | edit source]

Knott's Soak City is a water park adjacent to Knott's Berry Farm, featuring a variety of water slides and attractions.
