- Ladonia is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Russell County, Alabama, United States. It is part of the Columbus, Georgia Metropolitan Area. The population was 3,142 at the 2010 census.

- Ladonia is located at 32°28′14″N 85°5′7″W. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.6 square miles (17 km2), all land.

- As of the census of 2000, there were 3,142 people, 1,178 households, and 868 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 476.3 people per square mile (183.9/km²).
