Released in 1990, it was the first comprehensive collection of the band's studio albums, including tracks from all nine of Led Zeppelin's studio albums, along with previously unreleased tracks. The boxed set contains a total of four compact discs (CDs) or six vinyl records, depending on the format. It includes all of the band's studio albums from their debut, Led Zeppelin (1969), to their final studio album, In Through the Out Door (1979). Additionally, the set features previously unreleased versions of some tracks, providing fans with a deeper insight into the band's recording process.
