Lenora Moragne (born June 12, 1975) is an American chef and restaurateur known for her innovative approach to Southern cuisine. She is the owner and head chef of several acclaimed restaurants in the southeastern United States. Early Life and Education Moragne was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and developed a passion for cooking at a young age. She honed her culinary skills by working in various restaurants and studying at the Culinary Institute of America. Career After completing her culinary education, Moragne began her career as a sous chef at a renowned restaurant in New Orleans. She quickly gained recognition for her creative dishes that combined traditional Southern flavors with modern techniques. In 2005, Moragne opened her first restaurant, "Southern Fusion," in Atlanta. The restaurant received rave reviews for its innovative menu and cozy atmosphere. Building on this success, Moragne went on to open several more restaurants in cities across the South. Moragne is also a frequent guest on cooking shows and has published several cookbooks showcasing her unique approach to Southern cuisine.
