Leo von Zumbusch (28 June 1874 – 30 March 1940) was a prominent German dermatologist known for his contributions to the study of psoriasis and other skin conditions. He is particularly remembered for describing a severe form of pustular psoriasis, which is now known as Zumbusch psoriasis.

Leo von Zumbusch was born in Vienna, Austria-Hungary, into a family with a strong artistic and academic background. His father, Kaspar von Zumbusch, was a renowned sculptor. Leo pursued his medical studies at the University of Vienna, where he developed an interest in dermatology.

After completing his medical degree, von Zumbusch worked at the University of Vienna's dermatology clinic. He later moved to Munich, where he became a professor of dermatology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
