The Lieutenant Governor of Tennessee is a high-ranking official in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The position is unique in that the Lieutenant Governor is also the Speaker of the Tennessee Senate. The office was established in 1951, and the first person to hold the position was Frank Gorrell.

The primary duty of the Lieutenant Governor is to preside over the Tennessee Senate.
