List of Italian DOCG wines refers to the comprehensive list of wines that have been granted the highest classification of quality among Italian wines, the Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG). The DOCG classification is part of the Italian wine classification system, which aims to ensure quality and authenticity of Italian wines.

The Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG) is the highest classification for Italian wines. It denotes controlled (controllata) production methods and guaranteed (garantita) wine quality. There are strict rules governing the production of DOCG wines, most notably the permitted grape varieties, yield limits, grape ripeness, winemaking procedures and aging specifications. Each DOCG wine is subject to official tasting procedures. To prevent counterfeiting, the bottles have a numbered government seal across the cap or cork.
