Kitchen Confidential is an American television sitcom that aired on Fox from September 19, 2005, to December 5, 2005. The series is based on Anthony Bourdain's best-selling book, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly. The show was created by David Hemingson and starred Bradley Cooper as Jack Bourdain, a talented chef who is given a second chance to run a top New York City restaurant.

The series follows the professional and personal life of Jack Bourdain, who, after hitting rock bottom, is given the opportunity to run Nolita, a trendy New York City restaurant. The show explores the high-pressure world of professional cooking and the colorful characters who inhabit it.
