OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center is a private community hospital located in Evergreen Park, Illinois, USA. It was founded on January 19, 1930, by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary and serves the southwest side of Chicago. On February 1, 2020, OSF HealthCare merged with Little Company of Mary Hospital.

The hospital is known for performing the first kidney transplant in 1950 on a patient with polycystic kidney disease. Notable deaths at the hospital include gospel singer Mahalia Jackson in 1972.
