Logan County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2010 census, the population was 763. Its county seat is Stapleton. The county was formed in 1885 and named after General John A. Logan.

Logan County covers an area of 571 square miles, with 570 square miles being land and 1.2 square miles being water. The county is located in the central part of Nebraska, with its northern boundary bordering McPherson County and its southern boundary bordering Lincoln County.
