Madison Parish is a parish located in the northeastern part of the state of Louisiana, in the United States. The parish was established in 1838 and named after James Madison, the fourth President of the United States. The parish seat is Tallulah.

Madison Parish covers a total area of 651 square miles, of which 624 square miles is land and 27 square miles is water. The parish is bordered by East Carroll Parish to the north, Warren County, Mississippi to the east, Tensas Parish to the south, and Richland Parish to the west.
