Malkin Athletic Center (commonly referred to as the MAC) is a prominent athletic facility located at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The center serves as a hub for various athletic and recreational activities for students, faculty, and staff of the university.

The Malkin Athletic Center was originally constructed in 1930 and was known as the Indoor Athletic Building. It was designed to provide a comprehensive indoor space for physical education and sports. In 1985, the facility was renamed in honor of Peter L. Malkin, a Harvard alumnus and benefactor, following a significant renovation and modernization project.

The Malkin Athletic Center offers a wide range of facilities to accommodate various sports and fitness activities. These include:

  • A six-lane, 25-yard swimming pool
  • Multiple basketball courts
