Man Down is an episode of the British medical drama television series Holby City. It is the 23rd episode of the show's 21st series and was first broadcast on BBC One on 2 April 2019. The episode was written by Andy Bayliss and directed by Steve Brett.

Plot[edit | edit source]

The episode focuses on the character Xavier Duval, a registrar at Holby City Hospital. Xavier, also known as "Zav," is involved in a dramatic storyline that sees him trying to protect his colleague, Donna Jackson, from a dangerous situation. The episode also explores Zav's relationship with his girlfriend, Meena Chowdhury, and his ongoing rivalry with fellow registrar Cameron Dunn.
