Memorial Medical Center is a hospital located in Modesto, California, United States. It is a part of the Sutter Health network and is licensed for 423 acute care beds. The hospital specializes in cardiac care, cancer treatment, orthopedics, obstetrics, and newborn intensive care. It is accredited by the Joint Commission and has an emergency department level II designation.

The hospital was founded on May 1, 1970, with 99 beds and has been affiliated with Sutter Health since 1996. In 2021, Memorial Medical Center received the prestigious Lantern Award from the Emergency Nursing Association, recognizing its excellence in emergency care.
