Mike Mentzer (November 15, 1951 – June 10, 2001) was an American professional bodybuilder, author and fitness icon. He competed in the Mr. Olympia competition and won the 1979 Heavyweight class. He was known for his unique training methods, often referred to as "Heavy Duty", and his philosophical approach to bodybuilding.
Ray Mentzer[edit | edit source]
Ray Mentzer (August 2, 1953 – June 12, 2001) was an American professional bodybuilder and the younger brother of Mike Mentzer. He competed in several professional bodybuilding competitions and was known for his impressive physique.
John De Mentzer[edit | edit source]
John De Mentzer is an American politician who served in the California State Assembly from the 72nd district from 1996 to 2000.
