- Middleville is a village in the U.S. state of Michigan. The village is located within Thornapple Township in Barry County, in the southwestern part of the state. Middleville is situated on the Thornapple River, about 20 miles southeast of Grand Rapids.

- Middleville was first settled in 1834 and incorporated as a village in 1871. The village was named for its location equidistant between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.

- Middleville is located at 42°42′51″N 85°27′46″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.73 square miles, of which 2.64 square miles is land and 0.09 square miles is water.
