Mjanyana Hospital is a provincial government funded hospital located in Ngcobo, in the Chris Hani District Municipality of the Eastern Cape Province in South Africa. It is a public community hospital that provides a range of healthcare services to the local population.

The hospital offers various departments and services, including an emergency department, pediatric ward, outpatient department, surgical services, medical services, operating theater, central sterile services department, pharmacy, HIV/AIDS treatment, post-trauma counseling services, termination of pregnancy services, X-ray services, occupational health services, laundry, kitchen services, and a mortuary.

Mjanyana Hospital has a rich history, dating back to its establishment in 1893. It was originally created to accommodate 4,000 leper patients who were sent away by missionaries. On October 2, 2018, the hospital celebrated its 125th anniversary.
