Mostly Martha is a 2001 German-Italian romantic comedy-drama film directed by Sandra Nettelbeck. The film stars Martina Gedeck, Sergio Castellitto, and Maxime Foerste. It was released in Germany under the title Bella Martha.

The story revolves around Martha Klein (Martina Gedeck), a meticulous and work-obsessed chef at a high-end restaurant in Hamburg, Germany. Martha's life takes an unexpected turn when her sister dies in a car accident, leaving her to care for her eight-year-old niece, Lina (Maxime Foerste). Struggling to balance her demanding career and new responsibilities, Martha's world is further complicated by the arrival of Mario (Sergio Castellitto), an exuberant and unconventional Italian sous-chef who challenges her rigid ways.
