National Diving and Activity Centre (NDAC) is a large scuba diving and outdoor activity centre located in Tidenham, Gloucestershire, England. The centre is situated on the site of a former quarry, and offers a range of activities including scuba diving, freediving, and other water-based sports.

The National Diving and Activity Centre was established in 2003, on the site of a former limestone quarry. The quarry was flooded after its closure, creating a large lake that is now used for a variety of water-based activities.

Facilities[edit | edit source]

The centre offers a range of facilities for visitors, including a dive shop, equipment hire, and training courses. The lake itself is home to a number of underwater attractions, including sunken boats and aircraft, which divers can explore.

In addition to scuba diving, the National Diving and Activity Centre offers a range of other activities. These include freediving, open water swimming, and stand up paddleboarding. The centre also hosts a number of events throughout the year, including dive festivals and competitions.

The National Diving and Activity Centre is a recognised training centre for a number of diving organisations, including the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC). The centre offers a range of courses, from beginner level to advanced and specialist training.
