Nc'nean distillery

Nc'nean Distillery is a whisky distillery located in the Morvern peninsula, in the western Highlands of Scotland. The distillery is named after the Gaelic goddess Nc'nean, who is often associated with nature and spirits.

The Nc'nean distillery was founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas, making it one of the newest distilleries in Scotland. The distillery is built on the grounds of the Drimnin Estate, a historic site with a rich history dating back to the 14th century.

Nc'nean distillery is known for its commitment to sustainability. It is powered by 100% renewable energy and is one of the first distilleries in Scotland to use organic barley in its production. The distillery produces a range of spirits, including single malt whisky, gin, and a botanical spirit.

The distillery's flagship product is the Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Whisky, which is aged in a combination of bourbon and red wine casks. The distillery also produces a Botanical Spirit, a clear spirit distilled from a mix of botanicals, and a gin.

Nc'nean is committed to sustainability and is one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be powered by 100% renewable energy. The distillery also uses organic barley in its production and recycles its waste products.
