- New Holstein is a city located in Calumet County in the state of Wisconsin, United States. It is part of the Appleton, Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city was founded by German immigrants in 1848, who named it after the Schleswig-Holstein region in Germany from where they had come. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 3,236.

- New Holstein is located at 43°57′27″N 88°5′29″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.57 square miles, all of it land.
