Ngora Freda Carr Hospital, commonly known as Ngora Hospital, is a private non-profit community hospital in Ngora, Ngora District, Uganda. It is affiliated with the Anglican Church of Uganda and was founded in 1922. The hospital has a bed capacity of 180 and provides general healthcare services to both outpatients and inpatients.

Ngora Hospital is located in the small town of Ngora, in Ngora District, Eastern Region, Uganda. It is approximately 45 km southeast of Soroti Regional Referral Hospital and 72 km northwest of Mbale Regional Referral Hospital.

Ngora Hospital, administered by the Church of Uganda, is a rural community hospital that serves as the largest healthcare facility in Ngora District. In addition to general healthcare services, the hospital also offers specialized dental, gynecological, and mental health services. Its maternity unit serves as the District Maternity Unit, providing comprehensive maternity care.
