"One" is the first episode of the twenty-second series of the British television series Casualty, a medical drama series broadcast on BBC One. The episode was first broadcast on 15 September 2007.

The episode follows the staff of the Emergency Department (ED) at Holby City Hospital as they deal with various medical emergencies. The main storyline revolves around a major road traffic accident that brings multiple casualties to the ED. The team, led by Consultant Harry Harper, must work together to manage the influx of patients and provide critical care.
