Pemberton Distillery
Pemberton Distillery is a family-owned and operated artisan distillery located in Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada. It was established in 2009 by the Schramm family and is known for producing organic spirits from locally sourced ingredients.

The distillery was founded by Tyler Schramm, who is considered a pioneer in the field of organic distillation. After completing his Master's degree in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, Schramm returned to Canada with the aim of creating high-quality, organic spirits.
Products[edit | edit source]
Pemberton Distillery produces a range of spirits including vodka, gin, whiskey, and absinthe. Their flagship product, Schramm Organic Vodka, was the first organic vodka to be produced in Canada and has won numerous awards for its quality and taste.
The distillery also produces a unique range of spirits using local botanicals and ingredients, such as their organic gin which is infused with hand-picked botanicals from the surrounding Pemberton Valley.
Distillation Process[edit | edit source]
Pemberton Distillery is committed to using traditional, artisan distillation methods. All of their spirits are produced in small batches using a copper pot still. The distillery prides itself on using only organic ingredients, with no artificial additives or chemicals.
Tours and Tastings[edit | edit source]
Pemberton Distillery offers tours and tastings to the public, providing an opportunity to learn about the distillation process and sample their range of spirits. The distillery also has a shop where visitors can purchase their products.
