Pretzelmaker is a chain of independently owned and operated franchised stores that specialize in hand-rolled pretzels, smoothies and cold beverages. It is currently owned by Global Franchise Group.

Pretzelmaker was originally founded by Jeffrey Trip in 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company began as a small business venture, but quickly expanded to multiple locations across the United States. In 2010, Pretzelmaker was acquired by Global Franchise Group, which also owns several other snack food brands.

Pretzelmaker's menu primarily consists of hand-rolled pretzels, available in a variety of flavors and toppings. The company is known for its innovative pretzel flavors, which include garlic parmesan, cinnamon sugar, and ranch.
