Prinsuéjols-Malbouzon

Prinsuéjols-Malbouzon is a commune in the Lozère department in the Occitanie region in southern France. It was established on 1 January 2019 by merger of the former communes of Prinsuéjols (the seat) and Malbouzon.

Prinsuéjols-Malbouzon is located in the Massif Central, a highland region in the middle of southern France. It is part of the Lozère department, which is known for its diverse landscapes, from the Cévennes mountains to the east to the high plateaus of the Aubrac to the west.

The communes of Prinsuéjols and Malbouzon were merged into a single commune on 1 January 2019. The history of these two communes is deeply intertwined with the history of the Lozère department and the larger Occitanie region.
