Property bubble
Property bubble refers to a phenomenon in the real estate market characterized by a rapid increase in the prices of property (including residential, commercial, and land) to levels significantly above the fundamental value of the property. This increase is usually driven by a combination of speculative activity, excessive borrowing, and a widespread belief that prices will continue to rise. Property bubbles are often followed by a sharp decline in prices, known as a bursting of the bubble, which can lead to widespread financial losses and can have significant negative effects on the economy.
