The Regional Cancer Centre (RCC) in Thiruvananthapuram is a cancer care hospital and research centre. It was established in 1981 by the Government of Kerala and the Government of India. RCC is located in the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College campus in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala. It was originally an expansion of the Radiation Therapy department of Medical College Trivandrum and has since become a tertiary care center for the management of all types of cancers. The RCC offers clinics for various types of cancers, including hematological, lymphoreticular, soft tissue, bone, head and neck, breast, CNS, gynecological, urinary, chest, gastro, pediatric oncology, and thyroid.

The RCC was established as one of six cancer care centers in India and is now one of 26 such centers. The state government transferred several departments of the Medical College, Thiruvananathapuram to the RCC during its formation. The RCC is an autonomous scientific institution sponsored by the government of Kerala and the government of India. It has been designated as a Science and Technology Centre in the health sector by the state government. The RCC also established the first Community Oncology division in India in 1985.

The RCC has prioritized providing oncology facilities to the less privileged in the community, including children and less affluent individuals. It offers free chemotherapy and advanced diagnostic facilities such as CT scans and isotope scanning to nearly 60% of its patients.
